Loreto (2nd Time!)

On the second adventure, I followed up on leads and individuals who I met on the first.  I looked at single family lots , both for myself and for others, and investment opportunities.  A lot on the beach near town through real estate agents costs around $350k.  The cheapest place in town for a small side street location was 160k.  As far as individual lots, the Ahedo Tride are releasing lots on the beach past Ligui and they are asking $40k with 12 meters of beachfront and 100 meters of depth.  Several of the local members took me out to look by boat.  There are, at this time, quite a few available but they will not be for long.  The tribe has just done the subdividing and registering them as ownership lots.  No Water or power at this time.  Scheduled, they say, within a year.  In order to see them we had to take a boat, as there are no roads, as of  yet.

This is a typical beach lot, layout and view.  There is a large plot of land just north of here scheduled for a new resort.  It is one half hour from Loreto International airport.  The price is around $40,000. If interested contact me for more information.

5 million or more....500 acres including this piece 3 miles from airport, secluded and peaceful, crosses road and goes up to Mts. The area pictured here has gently sloping hills surrounding a large flat area leading down to the water.  It is three miles south of Loreto International Airport.  It is totally isolated from any civilization at the moment.  It is big enough for a small village.  The hills surrounding the flat area are perfect to build view houses all over them.  And yes, that is a island on the horizon.  

Below is the view looking at the hills from by the water.  There is ample room to build a large number of houses on the gently sloping hills, all have million dollar views with room on the flat for more houses, clubhouses stores, and whatever else one might wish to put there.

Second Investment opportunity 

This land is several miles north of Loreto.  It runs at a gradual angle gently down from the Highway all the way  to the Beach.  It is   257 meters wide  and 2100 meters long.  Easily subdivided or built on.  Somewhere under 3 million.
