I, ___________________________________, agree to abide by the rules of Our House. I agree to pay $135 per week for my bed and privilege to live in the house. I will pay two weeks in advance and pay each week's rent one week in advance. For this, I will receive room and board, sharing a room with another recovering individual.

I agree to stay in the house for a minimum of 120 days.

I agree to attend a minimum of one AA  meeting a day for the first ninety days. AA meetings will be documented to the house manager. After the first 90, 4 meetings a week minimum are required.

Unless I have sufficient finance to pay my room and board, independently, I will dedicate my full capacity to stay fully employed while living in the house.

I will always clean up behind myself, especially in the Kitchen and Bathrooms.

Women are allowed only in the public areas. Women must leave the house by 10 pm.

I will participate in the daily life of the house, doing my assigned chores in a pleasant and friendly manner.

I agree to submit to random drug testing at any time, if asked.

I will help my fellow housemates, in an open and honest manner, where-ever and whenever I can, as they will help me.

I will be in the house by 10pm every evening, unless my job dictates otherwise.

I will let the house know where I am, at all times, if required by court order.

I enter into this contract willingly and with a positive attitude toward my own success.

I will allow Management the right to search my room, for prohibited items, if so asked.

I understand that one single violation of these rules is grounds for dismissal from Our House and will leave voluntarily, if asked.
